Contents: The herbal blend is packaged in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.3 g, dosed ready for use, with the ingredients and flavour protected. Our filter bags are made from the microplastic-free natural fibre abacá and are therefore fully compostable.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze well. Drink the tea lukewarm and in sips. Always prepare fresh.

We only recommend sweetening with honey from the age of 12 months. If you are still breastfeeding your child, avoid flatulent and strongly flavoured foods.
