Botanically, they have nothing in common with true pepper (<em>Piper nigrum<\/em>), but there are clear overlaps in flavour. Their flavour can be described as slightly piquant and pleasantly spicy, but not burning. At the same time, it is reminiscent of warming spices such as ginger, cinnamon or cardamom.<\/p>\n<p>Ideal for sauces, marinades, meat (especially chicken, lamb and beef), fish, potato dishes or vegetarian creations that need a little spice and a special African flavour!<\/p>\n<p>Our <em>KOTTAS Kr\u00e4uterhaus Grains of Paradise (whole)<\/em> are made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and contains no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. The spice is caffeine-free and vegan.
