Preparation: First infusion: Boil water, then let it cool to 80°C, so as to preserve the tea’s precious ingredients. Use a large enough sieve to allow the rolled tea leaves to expand. Per teacup (250ml), add 1 full teaspoon of tea to a pre-warmed teapot, pour water, let steep 2-3minutes, then strain and enjoy!
