Preparation: Pour a quarter of a litre (250 ml) of boiling water over one tablespoon of chamomile flowers, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then strain the tea and sip lukewarm one cup 3 to 4 times a day before or after meals. For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for the preparation of poultices, an infusion is prepared as followed: pour 2-3 tablespoons of chamomile flowers with a quarter of a litre (250ml) of boiling water and infuse for 10 minutes, covered. After that strain. Tip: Rollkur - the trick against stomach pain and nausea! After preparing the tea according to the instructions, drink 2 cups on an empty stomach.
